January 15, 2024 was a national holiday. But, as you may know, when you have kids a holiday is not a break. I had not worked out in several days and wanted to squeeze in a quick workout while my daughter was napping and my son played outside. So, I did an amazing 20-minute HIIT workout focused on back, chest and abs – it was simple and extremely hard. I love these garage workouts. I don’t have to leave the house and get a great workout.
